Shipping policy

Orders ship in 1-2 business days and arrive 2-4 business days later, with standard shipping (assumes no delays with USPS).

Priority Mail Express shipping is also available for most items (US orders arrive 1-2 days after shipping when Priority Mail Express is selected).

International buyers are responsible for all customs fees.

All orders are shipped via the US Post Office.  You will be provided with a tracking number once your item ships.
 
If your item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to keep the shipping label and all of the packaging.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
